TalonWarlock
Hi, there. I am selling the Meisha Merlin Game of Thrones Novel, Book 1, the numbered slipcase edition. If interested check it out here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Meisha-Merlin-Game-of-Thrones-Book-1-Numbered-Slipcase-Edition-Very-Rare-/131524049359?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e9f71b9cf Thank you, and take care. Lord Eddard
We already took note, take a look at the limited/numbered thread. Btw, you must be kidding with that starting price. You will never sell at this ridiculous amount - all of a sudden, the $12.500 offer at Abebooks for a matching set looks like a bargain! But hey, it only takes one and if you manage to snare such a simpleton, more power to you. TalonWarlock
My apologies about the duplicate post- the first time I tried posting it came back with an error. I had no idea it posted. I will see if I can delete it. Thanks.
TalonWarlock
There are several duplicate posts- can a moderator delete the others and keep just the one? There seems to be a problem with duplicates showing up . Thanks
becca69
Nice but way overpriced. You can get a whole set for just a little more. I think a lettered sold for $4K.

While I'd never pay that price for the book, there are buyers out there who have the money to make impulse purchases of this magnitude without worrying about hunting for the best buy. That doesn't make them simpletons, and the right price is whatever the market will bear - just look at Silicon Valley housing prices. As someone trying to sell his own books, I applaud anyone who moves the price point higher.

There's a difference between someone moving the price point higher and someone who clearly thinks people must be stupid - and has the gall to advertise his ridiculous sale here, on this forum, where people tend to know the real price range. The_Wolfbrother
I agree with Eddard. Also, if anyone needs aGoT that bad, I'll let mine go for the steal of 4k!
