Farstrider
Assuming winters there don't have much of an impact. Can WW's go in to warmer climates? Probably not. But, the flood of people running away from the Others will do a lot of damage to Dorne. They will consume food and resources as they migrate south ahead of the Others' advance. Dorne can't handle a large population.
UnViserion
If winter reached Dorne I would imagine the WW could wreak havoc there. I don't think they do well in heat though. Legend has it they would melt away when the sun shone through, doesn't exactly instill confidence in their ability to mass in Dorn
Codename: Nymeria
Great minds think alike. I couldn't remember how the verses went to that song but had be true to your ghoul. Since you did ask... ♫Mole's Town, Queenscrown, oooh the Others are coming to, Bear Island, White Harbor, gonna freeze it over, Lannisport, the Eyrie, yup, they're pretty scary, Gulltown... Off the Narrow Sea, there's a place called Westeros, that's where the Others'll go, no place is safe from it all, freezing over the sand, the Others will take over the entire land, all through King's Landing, and even to Sunspear, all through Westeros... Mole's Town, Queenscrown, they bring the weather with 'em, Bear Island, White Harbor, freeze right through your armor, ooh baby, there's no safe place to go, when the others invade Westeros, they'll get there fast, and make the winter winds blow, there'll be no safe place to go, in all of Westeros...♫
