hitman47
Everybody knew that Mad king wanted to burn the city. So why when Robert take the throne didnt order to discover wildfire and take somewhere safe ? And im talking about show here. wildfire was dangerus so ? But in the books and i quote " In the books, several major caches of wildfire left over from the Mad King's plot were inadvertently discovered hidden throughout the city, and were reacquired by the Alchemists. A particularly large cache was found under the Great Sept of Baelor, and the High Septon was so frightened of the dangerous substance that he begged the Alchemists to take it back so they could store it somewhere safe." Show don't make any sense
Runaway Penguin
I think nobody really knew that the Mad King wanted to burn the city down. If they did, someone would connect the dots re. Kingslayer. IIRC the batches of wildfire were "unknown origin" for everyone.
NutBurz
I believe that only Jaime, Tyrion, Cersei, Qyburn, Tyrion, Dany and Brienne know it among the main characters.
