  1. I have chills. That was incredible. I bet Wun Wun had the dragon glass. We know he has at least one,I'm imagine it will be revealed he picked up the rest.
  2. Like Stannis, I don't know why blood from a leach, which can kill kings in far off lands, isn't enough. That was bad writing, IMO. She gets selectively outraged, not unlike GOT fans.
  3. Alfie Allen is doing a tremendous job, but part of why the character is troubling this season is the same fundamental problem with adapting the books to a show - no inner monologue. We're not inside Theon's mind for his slow, painful reclaiming of his old identity. We have to rely on Alfie Allen's body language, since his lines are basically compromised of begging Sansa not to do things that will get him punished. It's tough to convey what kind of mental state he's in on screen. A lot of unsullied don't understand why he won't kill Ramsay or just commit suicide, but none of us can imagine going through what Ramsay did to him.
  4. Trystane made the cut because they had to betroth Myracella to someone in Dorne. I don't know how much more he'll contribute to the story in the show, but we've yet to see Doran's Fire and blood plot unfold, so you may be right. What I'm trying to figure out in all of this is where is Varys, and how is the show going to depict his involvement in the marriage pact with Doran. I wonder whether he went back to Pentos to regroup with Ilyrio, if he is continuing on to Mehreen to meet Dany without Tyrion, or if he is slinking back to Kings Landing to murder Kevan and Pycelle.
  5. Long time reader/lurker, first time posting. Merging Trystane/fAegon makes some sense until you look at the actor playing Trystane. He looks just like all of the other Dornish characters, olive complexion, curly black hair. Unless they dye his hair and curl it, I don't buy it. A lot of the actors and actresses don't really have the family features described in the books, but there is some attempt to make them look like their book counter-parts. Daario = Euron: I don't buy it in the books, but it makes sense for the show. 93 ships, asking Dany to marry him, seems they've been telegraphing that.
