Another thing I'm wondering about not having the first team climb the wall, we should have met Val by now, right? At least in Mance's tent. Are they not going to do the baby switch, or not going to have Stannis offer the wildling princess to Jon? They seem to be doing everything they can to make the Wall storyline as BORING as they possibly can. I guess the Sam actor is doing a good job because I completely understand why everyone in the NW hates him.
