  1. I really liked the episode. I don't mind not seeing UnCat and hope I never do, she is my least favorite chatracter. Plus, not seeing her would mean no UnJon later! Loved the small council scene, each one nailed their part perfectly. Liked Jaime's return, though I think Tywin seeing him would have had more impact, the shock on his face when the golden child returns as damaged goods. Grey Wolf / Robb, needed to see it to get across the horrific treatment by the Freys. Sucks that they had Arya seeing it though. Ayra killing the Frey, badass moment of the season. Her flipping him the FM man coin, then staring at it after, forshadowing her training, very nice. Jon / Ygritte, not so much...I thought it was a dream sequence. What are the odds that she finds him alone? Should have been handled differently. Tyrion / Sansa bonding scene, I can understand this, he is a funny guy with a great personality, so you could see them sharing a laugh, but no more, after the RW I think they will have her ignoring him. BTW, really, with Pod again? All the girls in KL now seem to know he is a stud? Frey / Bolton scene, liked this. It helps explain some of what was done and why. Especially liked the discussion just before this scene about how guest rights were broken and Gods can never forgive that. Dany....waste of a scene. I like her and the people around her but that just felt like filler.
  2. Good episode, gave it a 7. Set up a lot for next season, Ayra going to FM training, Bran north of the wall, Jaime's interaction with Cersei. I am a Dany fan in the books and series, but I also thought the last scene seemed a little over the top. My first thought was "the white savior". I fully understand the people who live there having darker skin, but why hasn't Dany gained any amount of tan?
  3. Yeah, the talk on here forever was that they could never do the scene justice on tv, well, they did and then some. I have spoken with some Unsullied friends and they were just speachless except to say, man that was fucked up, fuck the Lannisters, kill them all! They all felt that something was wrong but didn't expect that. One even picked up on the music and recognized what the song meant. Great episode. I plan to watch it a few more times this week.
  4. There are just too many good points to this episode to name them all. People need to understand you can't get all of the same feel and emotion from the screen as you can from a book. Any book adapted for tv or a movie generally pales in comparison. I thought it was great, absolutely the best episode of the series. Had a hard time sleeping because I was reliving the scenes over in my head. Thinking next week will show the Stark tents burning, Cat dumped into the river and maybe Robb/GW, but that is the one that may not happen. Also, Bran and Sam meeting at the wall may happen next week.
  5. I belive he is held as a hostage. I also commented that I didn't even know Rickon could speak!
  6. Great episode beginning to end. Very Stark-centric episode. Got to see Jon "man up", kill Orell and a few others. Direwolves were back with a vengence. Bran warging Hodor and the wolves. Arya standing up to the Hound and him seeming truly offended(?) when she said some day she will stick a sword through his eye. Rickon can speak!!!!! Who knew? Dany and Daario flirtation and Jorah starting to get jealous. Funny seeing Jorah throw an insult to Barriston about staying and protecting the queen and then when he and Grey Worm come back all she asks is about Daario! RW. Absolutely nailed it. I can't say I expected much more than what they did. Showing Talisa's baby bump and how happy Robb was with her, and they were going to name him after NED!!!!!!!!!! Then the first killing is her getting stabbed in the belly, damn good. Robb died well, I will he had taken out at least one Frey, but oh well. Cat, very well acted, you could see the terror and horror in her eyes. Would have liked to see her looking at Robb dead and clawing at her eyes before dying but was still great. Arya witnessing Grey wolf dying also sucked! For me that was the worst scene. For some reason I don't mind seeing the actors dying but the wolf dying really sucked.
  7. Gave it a 10, best episode of the Series so far. People nit pick if they don't see every single thing that they want to see and bitch about it endlessly. It was a great episode from start to finish.
  8. I have to agree somewhat. There was no need for her to get naked. She could've stayed clothed and still got him aroused and tied up. Now, that said, I REALLY enjoyed her in the scene!!
  9. How does anyone following this series not know that Weirwood trees have faces? Was the first thing I looked for when I saw it was a weirwood tree.
  10. Ok, first off, why are you in here, if you truly haven't read the books? It's clearly marked book spoilers! Liked the episode, the nudity doesn't bother me as much as some of the sex talk. The Titans bastard really let it fly, holy crap! IDK, I just had a hard time believing a Khaleesi would sit back and be disrespected like that. I know it shows she has restraint but still. And why would they meet the three best swordsman from a company of sellswords and not have the dragons there for protection? She could have easily been killed. Poor Arya, she actually seemed happy, for the first time since season 1, after hearing where they were going. Sansa/Tyrion wedding, eh, ok Sam the Slayer, just fine, nice to see him not be a coward.
  11. Gave it an 8 because there was quite a bit from the books included. Sam the slayer finally Daario, and prettied up for the screen Leeches and acknowledging the three kings Weirwood tree and ravens Rains of Castamere explaination, would've been nice to hear it more so when it plays next week people would more easily recognize it Arya finally looking happy when the Hound told her they were going to the Twins for the wedding, poor kid
  12. OK, I gave it a 7, same as last week. I would have graded higher but the Theon scene just felt a little awkward. I am not a prude by any means and have no problem with the sex scenes in the show, buit this seemed over the top. Theon did a great acting job though, his fighting to believe they were really there to be nice to him, his bewilderment, very well acted. Didn't care for the bear scene too much. Too much dancing around and not enough fighting, but glad the bear didn't get tortured too much. Loved Arya's scene. Death is my God!
  13. I am really suprised at the amount of people who don't understand time frames. This show isn't 24, all of the events are not shown in real time. Varys and LF in the throne room wasn't neccessarily the same time Joffery walked away from Ros or when Sansa saw the ship sailing away. Also, the bow is the front, if you don't see it, then it's sailing away, also, the giant mockingbird sail should have been a huge clue as to who the boat belonged to. It's not like LF and Sansa talked about that very same boat, oh wait, yes they did! Now, I am not sure though if LF is on the boat. He may be, but again he may be hiding out in a whore house plotting the PW.
  14. I always thought that Gendry had a bigger role coming in the last books. I thought he would be the one to get her away from the FM, telling her about Sansa, Bran, and Rickon. Maybe now when he leaves Dragonstone ( I assume Davos will free him ) he will end up in Braavos?
