  1. Same here. I was like, he's gonna appear any second now and start whoopin' some wight ass. But no. We got fireballs instead.
  2. + Stannis was done right for once + Dany getting REKT by the old guy + Sandor-Brienne fight + UnGregor confirmed + Stoneheart didn't show up + NW scenes were epic - Children don't look nearly as cool as they do in the books - BR was pretty bad - Jojen's death was shitty +/- Fireballs Overall, 9/10
  3. According to Jon, Mance was testing their defenses. Looks like it worked, 'cause that handful of Wildlings almost took the Castle. Tho, to be fair, the NW could've easily won the fight if their cook joined the fight. But dude had to finish his stew.
  4. 10/10 Badass from start to finish. I was entertained the entire time and it never really slowed down, even during the talking bits. Don't give no shits that Stannis has to wait till next episode, I'm just glad the NW bros got their time to shine. A shame two of 'em are dead, but at least they went out fighting - Grenn especially. I don't mind that Grenn was given Donal's role, t'was a pretty badass execution. Definitely the best episode overall this season, and I'm really surprised I don't even have one complaint.
  5. Badass episode. Loved everything about it, t'was even better than last week's episode. Only thing that sucked was them breakin' up the NW bros. Grenn and Pyp were awesome. It ain't gonna be the same without 'em. This episode made up for the slow and dull moments of earlier episodes.
  6. 9.5/10 Bonus points for Arya's perfect laugh and Missandei's boobs. And fuck Barristan.
  7. They got the Mountain right on the first try. He was the best Mt out of the three. Just a shame he couldn't stick around. This guy's okay. He's got nothing on the first dude.
  8. A solid 9. Unlike in some of the other episodes, ALL of the convos were great and interesting. Good conversations make up for a lack of action.
  9. Man, Thorne's an even bigger cuntbag in the show. Really like the actor tho, he does a good job and - unlike Slynt - he knows what he's talking about for the most part. Still, can't wait till she gets checked by Jon, along with kissass Slynt. All of Tyrion's convos were great, especially the one with Oberyn. And I lol'd at LF kissing Sansa. I didn't think they'd actually do it in the show.
  10. Jaime wont step in. In the preview it seems like Tyrion's already got his back-up plan - AKA The Viper.
  11. H-dog tossin' them feels at Dany. Stannis seemed like a different man this episode. His douche-factor's been turned down. Also, love that they're givin' Davos more screen-time and they're not downplaying his intelligence. He's truly a great negotiator. And I lol'd at how trashy the Iron Born were. Ramsay was trolling 'em like nothin', without a shirt on, stabbin' 'em with a butter knife. C'mon, man up. Love how Oberyn didn't get up when Tywin walked in unlike those tools. Fuck Trant. And where the hell is Balon Swann - the only decent Kingsguard member? Trial was epic. I'm really glad they executed it so well. Everyone did a superb job.
  12. Exactly. The show douches everyone up, from Stannis to the R'hllor bros.
  13. Yeah, that part was just stupid. To couple Thoros and Beric with rapists and murderers just makes no sense. Just another example of the show douching everybody up.
  14. Definitely not the weakest episode of the season. I actually enjoyed most of this one. Finally Jorah is getting some screen-time, and Bran's warging scenes are always killer. The conversations were interesting, the fight was awesome, and it's a pretty solid episode overall.
  15. At first I was like "Lysa is way too sane/normal." Then her scene with Sansa came up and I was like "Nevermind, this b*tch crazy." Also, Bran's warging scene was badass.
  16. Clearly a human-skinchanger. Or he's got a trusty Red Priest by his side.
  17. He's drinking from the skull of his former commander, ordering his men to rape women 'till they're dead, sacrificing babies to ice monsters, feeding a giant direwolf for no apparent reason, and braging about how he can kill anyone. If that's not a cardboard villain I dunno what is.
  18. I'm surprised - yet glad - that I'm not the only one who actually kind of likes Locke. I guess he's worked his psychopathic charms into unprepared viewers. Well done indeed.
  19. That's actually a pretty interesting take on the whole thing.
  20. Basically; Everybody thinks the 'Night's King' looks like Darth Maul's cousin. Great Other wont be a character, since neither will R'hllor. And by everybody I mean most people.
  21. Damn. I wish I would've figured that one out. But alas, I'm not psychic. Lucky for us, some members here are. And we thank ye.
  22. + Locke at the Wall + Jaime-Tyrion scene done well + Pod + Barristan being awesome as always - Can Jorah like, get any screen time this season or? - Karl... I didn't think anyone could be more annoying than Joffrey and Slynt. I was very wrong... Why they decided to add yet another facepalm-worthy character is beyond me. I guess it's to give Jon something to do while the Wildlings prepare and what-not. - No Coldhands, but Dath Maul's ugly cousin made an appearance +/- The last scene. Still dunno if I love it or hate it. A bit of both, I suppose. Taking all that into consideration, I'd say an 8/10 - good time no alcohol required.
