I don't get the obsession with wanting Coldhands to be introduced on the show right now. If anything, him not being introduced yet just means that he might be saved until they really need his character involved, when his introduction will have a bigger impact perhaps. Plus, it's possible that D+D know that introducing CH now could very well reveal a book spoiler regarding his identity.
