Oberyn deciding to yell at the Mountain instead of finishing him (and thus getting himself killed)4. Doran completely neglecting Arianne, leading her to come up with the stupid "Queenmaker" plan5. Doran arranging Arianne to wed Viserys without checking in, offering any support, etc. Frankly, Doran doing nothing for 16 years.
