Could the WW have a social structure?

Not sure if this question has already come up since the latest episode's reveal. Presuming what was shown in the show is the same in the books, is it possible that, if not all WW are men (the way I see it there would have to be at least one originally, but there could be more), could there be some kind of distinction between those who werent human once, and those who were, where the former get more power and play a bigger role in ruling?

Its very likely that the pure WW would be higher up in on the social structure. The Craster boys could just be a slave army like the unsullied.

But then again, it's also likely that the Craster boys, being half human, may have other special skills like being able to endure a warmer climate than the pure WW, or being able to pass through the wall (?) (not too sold on this one), which may result in the WW seeing them as special therefore being higher up on the hierachy

Of course they do. They're people too...er...I mean... yes they probably have a social structure. Maybe they have a congress and that's why they haven't gotten anything done for 8,000 years.
