Free Northman Reborn
All we know is that it is taller than the Wall. So I put it at 800 feet. We also know that the Great Pyramid of Meereen is 800 feet tall, if I recall correctly, which is about twice the height of the Great Pyramid of Giza. And it is probably easier to build a pyramid of that height than a tower. Although I assume the Hightower is probably more of a ziggurat type structure than an actual tower. Because a slender tower rising 800 feet into the air is probably an impossible engineering feat, with medieval level technology.
Jaak
Washington Monument is 555 feet tall, and built of stone throughout - without steel or concrete reinforcement. It also was built slowly, with non-uniform donated stones. At the base, Washington Monument walls are 15 feet thick, and the width of the square base is 55 feet. Plenty of medieval castle towers were similar size at their bases. Torre Asinelli, in Bologna, is 97,2 m tall.
Terilien
800 feet seems about right. The fortress at the base seems about 120 metres across, comparable to kyrenia castle. Using that we et a bit more than 800 feet. Ok thanks guys :).
