Archmaester Drew Posted December 5, 2014 Share Posted December 5, 2014 Do the legends of Azor Ahai in Essos revealed in TWOIAF undermine our expectations? From TWOIAF it is clear that the Long Night was a global phenomenon and that many cultures have legends of a local hero from that time, but the stories are diverse and do not seem to reflect the same events that occurred in Westeros with the Last Hero.
