This will not only piss off the Tyrells even more, but it will also really estrange the Maesters. Especially the grey sheep amongst them, this will further endanger her reign, because the Maesters control the best communication network aside from the weirnet. Also Qyburn will see that Cersei is doomed and will use his ravens to contact his old buddy Haldon Halfmaester, and finally betray Cersei for FAegon.
