For me

Top

1) Hold the door

2) The moment Lyanna's baby eyes  go to Jon's eyes

3) ToJ battle and A. Dayne

4) White Walker revelation

Bottom

1) The whole Braavos resolution in ep 8

2) Ramsey killing Roose (will never happen in the books imho. More likely the opposite)

3) Aero Hotah being one-hit killed with a butterknife, Doran slain. Regicide is eaasy

4) The Greyjoy moat
