Alester Florent
I think there is likely to be a category difference between Ramsay and Jon in the eyes of the North, notwithstanding that they're both bastards. Ramsay is a treacherous fratricidal brute who is feared but not respected, although one wonders how much of even that fear among non-Theon characters is actually fear of Ramsay rather than of Roose. Jon by contrast has risen to become Lord Commander of the Night's Watch at a young age largely on merit, proven himself as a diplomat and a warrior, not only winning the respect of the famously demanding Stannis Baratheon but brokering a peace with the wildlings. And the circumstances of his becoming heir are rather different to those in which Roose named Ramsay: Roose went heirless for a long time rather than name Ramsay, and even now Ramsay's status is uncertain and temporary - nobody really expects him to remain heir should Roose have a son with Walda. Robb named Jon almost as soon as he learned his legitimate brothers were dead. It was surely clear to everyone that Robb named Jon not because he felt he had no other choice (even if we accept that he didn't really - Cat's suggestion of Vale cousins isn't really credible) but because he genuinely believed Jon was the best option to rule from Winterfell should Robb himself not make it - and since Jon would be legally displaced by Robb's sons anyway, that he intended Jon's status as contingency heir to be permanent rather than the temporary solution Ramsay clearly is. While superficially of course there are similarities between Jon and Ramsay - both bastards, after all - I don't think the way they are viewed by northern lords is likely to be at all similar.
