im not sure if we have seen any UnBirds and that is strange too me.We saw UnBears,UnWolfs,UnDirewolfs,UnHorses,UnStags....

Does that mean that birds are some sort of spys for Old Gods and are protected by them(Like Odin and his 2 ravens)and cant become Un?

Well it seems that Ravens and crows may have some supernatural powers but for all of the other bird speicies there seems to be no evidence of thus, maybe the others couldent catch any or perhaps there are not any birds in the north when they attack because they all migrate.

:agree:

Why bother making unbirds? They wouldn't be very useful. The Others can't use them to spy, they can't communicate. And they most likely can't be sent over The Wall, not that they'd be all that useful even if they could be. You'd need an army of UnBirds for them to really be useful as an attack force and The Others can't get their hands on that many birds. We could maybe see an unEagle or something big maybe, but that's about it.

Imagine they attack with UnPidgeons, the Horror!

okay serious answer:

as Stannis Iron Baratheon said, Ravens and Crows seem to have something going on that protects them, maybe it is their connection to the old gods, maybe they are already warged by dead CotF, who knows. And Undead Birds the size of a Sparrow or a UnPidgeon are quite useless
