Cold Hands Luke
Hmm, well if I was devout I would be offended because Jon threatened to kill a baby (Gilly's) and I'm pretty sure Jesus did not.
Guest
The parallels are pretty neat, but I don't think Jon will have been a virgin birth.

WhiteWalder
Maybe the next book will be set 2,000 years in the future and there'll be a holy disciple of Jon perpetuating the spread of HIV across EssosSo J=BGJon is Bill Gates?
Magnar Of Winterfell
To be honest I'm getting sick of the X+Y=J theories, especially R+L=J. At this point I'd love nothing more than for Ned to be Jon's father.Agreed. If R+L=J is true than oh well, its not a bad thing, but if its wrong than I will really have a lot of fun times, reading those chapters.
Khal Porno
So I noticed a few similarities between Jon Snow and Jesus:Jon is AAR who is the savior of Westeros, Jesus is the savior in christianity.Jon was lynched by his people, Jesus was cruscified.Jesus was reborn after getting killed but he spent some time in a grave, Jon will be reborn after spending time in the ice cells.Jon is the three headed dragon, (Stark/Snow/Targ), Jesus is Trinity (The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost). From this it's clear that Jon=Jesus, and that he was concieved by virgin birth. In other words L=J.Just to be anal, lynching means being hanged by vigilantes (generally associated with hate crimes and white-on-black violence in particular); and Jesus is the son aspect of the holy trinity, not the whole thing. Also I expect the "dragon has three heads" means that there will be ultimately three dragon riders who team up.But otherwise, cool analysis.Damn it. The only flaw in an otherwise perfect theory. It's not a flaw, just because it's not a 1:1 analogy doesn't mean the concept of his murder by his own people and resurrection (if he IS resurrected) could be partly inspired by Jesus.
