The Old Tongue Posted October 25, 2013 Share Posted October 25, 2013 as I was reading I couldn't help but think that maybe his escape was a ruse and that perhaps he has something in store for the Freys. I don't recall Jaime being able find out any information about his whereabouts and can't find anything that implies he's met up with TBWB. Any thought? The BwB have Tom o'Sevens on the inside there, who had a good opportunity to deliver messages to Edmure immediately before Edmure entered Riverrun to obtain the capitulation. Personally I think he's headed West to free Edmure and Jeyne (whose safety Robb charged him with) That also makes the most sense when you consider his capacity as Warden of the Southern Marches.
