It would be killing two birds with one stone. Yeah, but she wouldn't trust Tyrion's pets to carry out a plan to harm Tyrion. The Stone Crows likely have little grasp of feudal politics, and she doesn't think Tyrion is with them, he would have been spotted. Also, what communication system do the Storm Crows have?
