Pod The Impaler
Oddly enough, it may be Thoros - he wavers in his behavior, but he is ptrtty helpful to his faith in the end. I think the only R'Hillor priest getting it right when it comes to the people. Other than that, Septon Meribald and the Elder Brother seem pretty righteous. Pod The Impaler
Arya. Death. Valar morghulis. Skilled, generously offering, perhaps blessed? Yes. Officially devoted ? Hmm...
gregg22
Arya. Death. Valar morghulis. If we are taking it that way then I'd say:Petyr Baelish. Chaos.
Joffrey Waters
Depends what you mean by faith. If we are talking religious, then I'll have to go for the obvious Melisandre. Not necessarily helpful to R'hllor as of yet, running around after Stannis (assuming he is not, in fact, Azor Ahai reborn) but I'm sure she will be doing some pretty big things by the end of the series, and at this point she certainly thinks she is being helpful. But if we are talking about just general concepts higher than one's self, Tywin all the way. Even if Jaime and Tyrion never give trueborn children, thus having the Lannister name be carried on by cousins, he has still restored the name's respect hugely. The man lived and breathed the Lannister legacy.

Ser Greg of House House
Mel, by far. She is obviously wrong. But she devotes her whole existence to the Red God and had a bigger impact than any other, bringing the religion to Westeros. Other than that, the High Sparrow I suppose. But we don't know much about him.
