Lacp
What do you think the Army ranks are for all houses? Lowest to highest. ALSO include what rank a cadet house member would get if they joined (For a fanfiction about a Arryn Cadet Houser)
Trigger Warning
Ranks aren't really a thing in feudal armies, the closest you'll get are sergeants at arms which are the combat ready attendants of knights/nobles. Certain nobles may hold offices that place them above other nobles in a particular army, the Wardens for example.
Byfort of Corfe
While not necessarily related, at the time of Agincourt the English Infantry was organized into units of twenty men, commanded by a vintenar, five such units were commanded by a centenary. Meanwhile the French infantry had units of 1oo, commanded by a capitaine. As for Westeros well, GRRM never goes into great detail but I would assume a similar setup. Captain (or derivatives thereof) has always been a popular title although sometimes the size of their commands could vary greatly.
