  1. I dont watch spoilers or following casting before the show airs, I avoid that shit like the plague and want to see that stuff first in the show. As to the "Dany plot proof from rape" and getting waylaid to Dosh Khaleen, that wasnt anything from my posts that I even mentioned. I'm not excited about the detour in DK I want to see how the pivot to Westeros is going to happen. Am not unsullied btw.
  2. How she gets to Westeros and how Slavers Bay is resolved is a relevant question to me and not entirely predictable to the point of boring plot or irrelevant, I still have a sense of mystery to how that unfolds. And I dont feel thats regrettable or the story a waste of my time.
  3. I think the unpredictable factor for a lot of viewers/readers is how/if/when she can untie the Mereen knot and get to Westeros. And by your own qualifyer of "possibly" it's still somewhat up in the air how that all comes together even if most viewers/readers expect that course. The talk of a Mereen knot never would have became a thing if this was as simple as ABC. Also the silliness of "plot armoured from Dothraki rape" and "returning to Doth Khaleen" are entirely your words and have nothing to do with anything I commented on, so saying I thought that was unforseeable is a stretch, the hazy part was and still is, how/if this gets to Westeros eventually?
  4. Then lets hear your crystal ball for exactly what you think Dany will be doing over the next few episodes so we can grade your prediction. Anyone can say something in hindsight so this is your chance to prove your not as prone to exaggeration as it seems.
  5. Ramsay is being set up. The people asking why the Umbers would hand over Rickon and Osha sound like a echo chamber of lure hooked carp at this point..."HOOK ON!!" lololol. I loved this episode, especially Arya's situation which portends to the long awaited return to Westeros for her. The table has been set for generation next with all the plot development for Jon, Arya, Sansa, Rickon and Bran. I couldnt be more pleased. Also I am happy Doran has been taken out by the Sandsnakes, Roose taken out by Ramsay, Jaime and Cersei plotting again in KL. All going to lead to entertaining plot developments. Dany's situation is moving slowly this season but thats okay, I havent read any credible posts that have been able to claim they knew each of her steps ahead of time, as it should be. Also i'm not convinced that was really Shaggy Dog's head. Great direction for the whole season, very entertaining, another 10/10 for me, love it.
  6. Another great episode 10/10. More Dorne/Sandsnakes this week would have been the only improvement.
  7. Also I have to give a big thumbs up to Owen Teale and the amazing job he always does as Alliser Thorne. I always forget to add that, he's been so great for so long now. Another great scene was of Ramsay at his mistresses deathbed. Commenting on how much he will miss her and how "She was a fierce warrior" and then deciding that, as good meat she should be fed to the hounds, lolololol.
  8. Very entertaining gave it a 10. The new Dorne direction is great and I love the Sand Snakes. Am looking forward to seeing how much revenge Jaime and Cersei can conspire up with their vow to "retake all thats lost".
  9. Tragic isn't it? @Emmit Agreed, we used to have a post preview before. This is one of the reasons i've been harping over the edit delays. Without the post preview I find myself needing to edit more often than before.
  10. ^^ Did a test edit there and it worked instantly. However an edit from a couple of nights ago took over 20 minutes to post, so still not clear if that quirk is resolved?
  11. Agreed, its location is annoying for my iPad screen.
  12. An ongoing problem for me in recent weeks has been random edit delays. Some posts the edit function works fine, then on other posts it will take over 15 minutes for an edit to post. This has probably happened around a dozen times to me in the last few months.

  14. How has noone been fired from the EPA over this river sabotage in Colorado?

  15. I gave it another 10. Well executed and most of the season didn't spoil too much of WOW so i'm really going to enjoy reading that next. I won't watch a 6th season before reading a completed WOW.
  16. Agreed for the most part. Mad Men is atrociously boring. Have attempted to get through a full episode probably 4 times and I just can't do it. It's like watching paint dry.GOT on it's worst day, it's worst episode, is still vastly more entertaining than the snoozefest known as Mad Men.
  17. 10/10 very entertaining and packed with excitement. I thought last week was great but this was even better for me. I know it's differed from the books so i'm not baseing my rating on the changes. I consider the show now to be its own stand alone entity that I can enjoy for very different aesthetics and images. -Wun-wun (the wildling giant) is a joy just to see walking next to everyone else. -Dany riding Drogon. -Missandei's beauty, i'm certain Nathalie Emmanuel will be a film fixture for years. -Bravos has an amazing ambience, such a vibrant setting. I found myself thinking of tasteing those clams lol. -For the first time I was able to appreciate Doran, he was much more interesting when he "laid down the law", so to speak. There was so much happening that this episode fealt almost like 2 shows. Loved it.
  18. I'm hoping to see a certain septa get impaled with her spoon collection.
  19. A solid 9. The battle scene was my favorite since Blackwater. My cringe level was red-lining when Jon lost the Dragon glass, also I wasn't aware a Valyrian sword could do that? Wunwun is going to be so entertaining going forward can't wait for more of him. I thought Dany and Tyrion were interesting. Emilia played it perfectly imo. Jorah wants to play gladiator apparently. Another great job at Winterfell, with Ramsay chiding Roose for permission to go all Rambo against Stannis. Sansa drawing out of Reek that the dead boys weren't Bran and Rickon was so huge and long awaited for me! Can't think of anything that I didn't like from the episode. Really would've enjoyed seeing a catfight out of Cersei and that beastly septa or whatever her title is.
  20. I already liked them quite a bit before the episode so I was one of the very fewPre-boob flash defenders. I fealt then there was more coming from these girls that would prove entertaining and interesting. 1 poorly choreographed fight does not make or break a character imo. Best example of that was Captain Kirk of the USS Enterprise, owner of some of the cheesiest fight scenes in history, yet an alltime great character. Even though Tyene has some serious curves going on, Obara is still my favorite and Ellia is also going to be interesting to see her next move. I love the Sandsnakes even if they do not follow the book exactly or even closely. The idea of Oberyn having these daughters who are so full of passion and ready to back it up fearlessly even though they are clearly youngish and smallish in the face of brute size adversaries, that's my favorite type of fight and spirit. It's 110 lbs of not afraid to die for what they believe in. Others may prefer a Mountain character, give me the underdog, the "Davids" always. Oberyn himself was David to the Mountains Goliath and he proved to be owner of the greatest fight scene this series has had imo. Beyond the fight scenes though, these actresses out of Dorne can act. Indira Varma is a veteran and Keisha Castle Hughes was nominated for an Oscar already. They will deliver in future episodes when they have the dialogue from the writers. They will not drop the ball. They are not miscast at all imo.
  21. Very well done I gave it an 8. Loved the Sandsnakes once again. Would've liked more lines for Obara. Lena Headey is just a powerful presence , fantastic actress. Even Sansa's character was impressive this week and I rarely find her entertaining, big improvement. The intrigue is high in Mereen because Tyrion has finally met Dany. The dynamic with the red priestess and Stannis is now officially uber tension ,as she presses for a Shireen sacrifice. Ramsay was perfectly villainous skinning Sansa's friend from the North. Stage officially set as bleak in Winterfell. Strong episode, I should've probably voted a 9.
  22. Agreed,I just love Obara. There fighting skills may not be as lethal and badass as fandom was counting on, but what I enjoy is they are fearless and willing to fight and die to avenge "the finest Dorne had to offfer", their father. Juxtaposed against "Doran the constipated", the Sand snakes are a treat. Whether they are mythical fighting machines or not, It's that fearless spirit I enjoy. Also wondering how many husbands Sansa is going to run through now? I don't see her being done at Ramsay, she may become Marge 2.0 yet.
  23. I enjoyed Obara and thought Ms.Hughes was entertaining. Cersei and Lady Olena also great scenes. Lena Headey is simply a force, fantastIc . Arya doing well with difficult scenes, first class. Same with Tyrion/Dinkage. Sansa and Ramsay scenes put cringe factor into the stratosphere. I believe both actors are doing well within the roles they are given. Littlefinger - a strong performance as manipulator-in-chief. Overall I rate the show an 8. My rating is higher than most probably in part due to my loving K.C.Hughes in the Obara role-http://33.media.tumblr.com/dd54e25e5b3cb5caabf8ffc3036094e2/tumblr_nkll3rrEh81u410r7o2_500.gif
