Who will kill Kevan/Pycelle? It looks like Cersei... I'm guessing Varys is too busy/far away, and they are setting up some real animosity between Cersei and Kevan.

Sorry if already covered. Any idea why the valonqar was not included in Maggy the Frog's prophecy?? Will it come out in another prophecy? Is that being cut as well?
