  1. Did you see the preview for next week? Looks like it picks right up.
  2. You think Aiden Gillen, after being in the last Batman movie, saw Bale's performance and thought "Aha! Thats what Littlefinger needs!"? LOL
  3. Yeah, just went and read his wiki entry. Think I had his name in my head from reading the sample chapter of World of Ice and Fire. Guess it was just the show inventing a character. Silly since there are so many Targ kings they couldve used.
  4. Wasnt there an Orys Baratheon? Maybe he was referencing a Storm King?
  5. It doesnt really matter though because the character isnt in the show. So, its highly unlikely that was his mount. Even moreso since he rode an elk and not a horse.
  6. But he's not in the show, so its not his horse because he doesnt ride a horse, he rode an elk.
  7. Strong ending, loved the bits at the Wall, Oberyn\Tywin, and Tyrion's scenes, but the rest of the episode, not so much. Next week looks pretty good, though.
  8. Its only the opening credits and I'm so damn nervous that my heart is racing and I'm holding my breath. Wow, this is so nerve wracking!
  9. Ok, this will be my last comment on this because I dont feel like getting bogged down into a lame debate where clearly neither party will change their mind. Tyrion did some things where Sansa was concerned that yes, were not in her best interests, but sometimes people just dont have the courage or the strength to make the right choices. People, even good people, have weaknesses. Clearly, where Tywin Lannister is concerned, Tyrion has some "issues". So, yes, he does have free will and he did make some bad choices, but I never believed for one instant that Tyrion had bad intentions toward Sansa, ever. Not while he was Hand, not when they married, and not on their wedding night. Tywin, Cersei, and Joff clearly did. Thats the difference between the Lannisters in the books. For me. Fin :)
  10. Ask D&D. Pretty sure we got the "older gentleman", though. Doesnt mean CH doesnt show up in Ep10. Who knows?
  11. That was in the synopsis for THIS episode. The older gentleman was not Coldhands.
  12. Unfortunately, yeah. It was not one of his finer moments. I think he more than makes up for it later, though. Do I wish he had the big brass (gold since he's Lannister?) to stand up to his dad way before? Sure. But, alas...
  13. None of that was his doing. You're acting as if he was complicit in all that planning in the books. He most definitely was not.
  14. I see your point and its a great scene in the book, but show Sansa is just at a different place. She seemed to have more sympathy for Tyrion than in the books. To be honest, I always found it upsetting that she wasn't more kind towards Tyrion. He was never cruel to her.
