  1. I saw Dany pushing each pyre to the floor and just thought that it seemed like a cheaper way of demonstrating her magical powers rather than having to make Drogon or even a Vis/Rhagal appearance with CGI. I could have sworn this was going to be an "oh shit, dragon!" appearance to make the Dothraki kneel before her. I thought that would have been better.
  2. I dunno about the F-Shaggydog theory. I just think this is the show's lack of budget to have so many Ghost and Dragon scenes this season. Ghost looks fantastic and so do the dragons. We have had no indication of Summer yet and I think real Shaggydog is really dead due to lack of CGI or wolf trainer budget. If that was F-Shaggydog, why in the world offer up Real Rickon? Some of you think TGOW will be Osha or Rickon, I highly doubt Ramsey makes the same mistakes twice first letting Theon and Sansa escape. Osha and Rickon are as good as dead.
  3. Doran will wonder why all of a sudden Trystane is now considered a prisoner when he was supposed to be on the Small Counsel. Lannisters will tell them Princess Myrcella was poisoned. Doran can easily still avoid a war by capturing Ellaria and the Sand Snakes and delivering them to Kings Landing in exchange for his only son. War averted. Ellaria and the Sand Snakes are really not that smart. Even Jaime and Bronn will know that it was the kiss that poisoned her and Doran can easily claim he had no part in their plot. Jaime will know this, personally, based on their previous conversation how level-headed Doran is compared to the Sand Snakes. Cersei will go apeshit no doubt. I think Ser Robert Strong/Cersei and Qyburn will be the ones to off Kevan Lannister and Pycelle even before Jaime gets back.
  4. I agree with Vikings. I enjoy that show much more then anything that GoT presents. Every finale has lived up to the hype and if people want to criticize the action sequences, let me remind you of the Barristan and Dorne fight scenes. The only thing I was riveted about this season was Hardhome. I literally jumped out of my seat when Jon killed the WW.
  5. Like in when Aragorn said in LoTR, "Not idly do the leaves of Lothlorien fall" when Pippen ripped out his Lothlorien brooch... for him to be tracked.
  6. All's I have to say to D&D is... "Shame, shame, shame! [rings bell]"
  7. Let's go back to HOW Thoros explained how he could resurrect Beric. He resurrected him because he saw that his dear friend was gone. The look on Mel's face looked as emotional as I have seen it when she was back at Castle Black. I predict she will walk upon Jon's dead body and for all the remorse she has and for all the damage she has done, she will be able to resurrect Jon with the Kiss of Life because she cares for him at some level. Maybe the secret to the Red Priests/ess resurrection powers have something to do with Love.
  8. Yea, I'm starting to root for the White Walkers to kill everyone at this point.
  9. Exactly. Trystane was the Prince of Dorne and could easily command that the ship be turned around! Now he will be a hostage of the Lannisters in Kings Landing? I predict this, Season 6 Jaime and Bronn will spend the whole season 6 on the ship to Kings Landing trying to pretend Myrcella is still alive in hopes that Prince Trystane does not find out, a la Weekend at Bernies!
  10. Another mis-leading by the show. The preview stills show Jon reading a letter so everyone assumes "Pink Letter". What exactly was he reading in the show? Absolutely nothing?!
  11. Davos apparently went the route like Jon and the Wildlings, he went to the North of the Wall, climbed it, then him and Jon took the lift down.
  12. I know, he didn't even say "Ouch!" or "Stop it!" maybe, "Hey, that's the pointy end!"
  13. They had to eat breakfast before the siege, geez!
  14. The Hobbit is on TV, im going to watch that now. When does the Silmarillion Movie/HBO Series come out?
  15. That's exactly what I was thinking. That would be some easy recourse is that Trystane dies or gets tortured by the Lannisters. I guess the Sand snakes dont really care about Trystane though.
  16. So lemme get this straight... Ghost would rather protect Sam and Gilly from rapists and a beat down then his ol' buddy Jon Snow from a stabbing? I was hoping they could spare something in their budget just to have Ghost come out of the wood work to sniff around Jons body at the end of it all...
  17. Im not trying to imply that Sansa is that petty, at least not anymore compared to her character at the beginning of the books. I mean that she would be willing to take more risks with her life now that she realizes that she is not the "Last Remaining Stark". I thought she was doing this marry a Bolton thing for the sake of her family name because there was no one left. I think LF actually convinced her of this and look at where she is at
  18. I tend to agree. It seems as though the entire budget is used for these last 2 or 3 episodes. I mean did you see the effects used on Daznaks Pit? Hardhome effects looked straight out of a movie and I would bet that the remaining special effects budget was used on the Daznaks Pit scene and Drogon takeoff. It makes the rest of the seasons episodes rather dull. This explains why we dont get more Ghost scenes, does anyone remember that Jon still has his pet Direwolf? In the books they are practically frick and frack!
  19. I took this news that Sansa heard as her realizing LF was wrong and she is NOT the last remaining Stark. Maybe she is starting to think that her life isnt as valuable as LF or the Boltons say it is. I am not sure if I am correct on this one but if Sansa knows Bran and/or Rickon are indeed alive, does that mean she realizes Winterfell goes to them by law because they are Stark men? Maybe she will start taking more risks with her life rather then "enduring" the misery she keeps going through.
  20. Lol. I would bet Yara and those Iron Born are still rowing that boat back to the Iron Islands. They completely destroyed Asha Greyjoy and hope she keeps on rowing that boat to oblivion. Please never be on the show again Yara lol
  21. One thing bothers me about the Sansa/Reek scene. After what transpired last week with the candle, would the Boltons have more guards around Sansa's chambers? Much less still having Reek deliver her food? I mean they were both screaming so loud I wouldve bet all of Winterfell could've heard them.
  22. How in the world will the NW go all stabby with Jon Snow at this point after THAT just happened? Im starting to think that Olly might go lone-wolf and give it to Jon!
  23. the previews spoiled the whole Valarian steel secret. once they showed that, I knew Jon was going to kill a Wight. What does this mean for Brienne? I doubt that she can die at this point. Anyone with a Valarian steel sword will be more then valueable
