It would be easy enough for Cersei to name Gregor and then have the last scene be Oberyn stand up and declare for Tyrion.

Until this episode I would agree, but Dinklage blew everyone away with the last scene with Shae.

8/10 Because of the trial and Dinklage, would have been higher if the rest was as good.

Gave it a 7. If not for some badassery by Jon at the end would have been lower. That's 2 episodes in a row now I felt were a little too slow. I know it's the middle of the season, but I hope it picks up next week.

So who the hell will rescue Bran from Craster's? Surely they won't have a scene with Bran and Jon together right? Jon knowing about him being alive is one thing, but an actual reunion, Idk how I'd feel about that change.

Gave it a 7. Ok episode overall, but probably my least favorite of the season. Would have gave it an 8 if not for the Bran at Craster's storyline, not liking that one bit.

I wonder how far into the season it'll be that we get Yara showing up at the Dreadfort? Im a little surprised they haven't squeezed in a brief scene with her in the first 3 episodes, if nothing else just to remind people what she's doing.

Agreed. I gave it an 8. Loved cocky Daario vs Meereen's champion. Kissing one of his "ladies" was a nice touch. The rest of the episode was just ok, but the ending was great.

I dont know how they could have Loras joining the KG, seeing as he's the heir to Highgarden in the show.

Yeah, I hadn't realised but that probably means Loras isn't going to join the KG. I dont know why, but that hadnt previously dawned on me.

I thought is pretty obvious it was just something he was saying in public, and doesn't beieive personally. His line at the dinner table about suffering much he doesnt agree with was tied into that.

I definitely felt it was a vision of the future, as was the the throne room of the red keep being destroyed from above, and seeing snow fall through.
