  1. This The people saying "calm your tits" are just as bad as the extremists. It's pretty damn logical to conclude that his 'big moment' (turning point for his character) will be degraded. The finale has too many exciting/climatic scenes and "stannis stannis STANNIS" won't even make the top 3.
  2. Stannis will be coming next week but it won't be as impressive. Too many other climatic/exciting scenes are happening in the finale so "Stannis Stannis STANNIS!" won't get the spotlight it deserves.
  3. I gave it a 9/10 I thought the Beetle speech was clever and sets the tone of the world they live in. People are being needlessly crushed all the time and the person who crushes them thinks little of it. It reminds me of Tywin- he crushed allot of people but in the end he will be kicked by the mule (rather unflattering death for someone demonstrating such power). However, I would've rather seen more of a pre-duel build up with Oberyn (character we are losing), not just Tyrion. The Duel- The acting was perfect! I got goose bumps when the volume in his accusation rose with "YOU KILLED HER CHILDREN!" and pointing at Tywin "who gave you the order?" (bringing him down too). The death scene was brutal and left me haunted, exactly as it should do. Sansa- I like seeing manipulative Sansa but I didn't like Littlefinger being completely at her mercy. I can get on board with Sansa learning faster though. Arya Laughing- One of the funniest scenes on the show. I loved this! Jon and Gang- I like seeing scenes with the NW boys so it was nice seeing them all dwell over their approaching doom and comforting Sam. So far most of the NW scenes have been forgettable (except the Crasters keep fight). I also think the Boltons are being set up nicely as the 'tyrants' of the North. The scene with them marching toward Winterfell peeved me off. Hate those guys! I have no problem with Grey Worm/ Missandei especially because all of the other romances have gone down the drain. However, I feel as if this is the Essos version of Sam/Gilly which is the only other romance we have left. Why was the Camera up Dany's nose during the banishing Jorah scene? I felt uncomfortable. Overall, great episode!
  4. I thought Emilia did good with the Jorah exile scene- you could see her hurt and anger, yet with allot of effort she managed to keep herself composed. What I did not like was the camera up her damn nose. The close ups were too close.
  5. The dress isn't that bad actually. I think it was just the way the scene was done- http://i.imgur.com/cFsjkYa.jpg Looks very Alayne like here.
  6. :agree: Lots of Youtube comments are complaining about an entire episode at the Wall.
  7. Could Jaime and Tyrion discussing 'Cousin murder' (and how there is no word for it) be a hint at Sansa killing Robin, or be involved in his death somehow?
  8. Defeatarion your avatar is hilarious! Also, sad but still funny.
  9. Yeah, he's a total hypocrite. He becomes Kings Guard to the Usurper of those he is sworn to protect (Arthur and gang went down fighting 'our knees don't bend easily') then 'leaves' them for Danenerys because they chuck him out...probably wouldn't have left otherwise. I'm not faulting him for his actions but he is a hypocrite to get all 'you dirty traitor' towards Jorah.
  10. They need to establish a new romance since Ygritte/Jon and Shae/Tyrion are gong down the drain. Don't worry we still have Gilly and Sam.
  11. Oh, lets not forget "Don't make me rue the day I raped your mother."
  12. "Only Cat" is LF's most memorable/iconic line. You could also argue that Catelyn's is "No, not my hair! Ned loves my hair." and that didn't make the show either. Just don't tamper around with Jon's- "Ed, fetch me a Block"- and I can accept these changes. "Your sister" does work better for the Unsullied. :dunno:
  13. well, there is the biting off a mans ear thing. :dunno:
  14. Well to be fair, they do have a point about Mel being naked in every season... Season 5- Jon is summoned to see the Lady Melisandre, he knocks on her chamber door. “Come in, Lord Snow” He walks in and she is sitting in a bathtub, naked. She had been expecting him. "F*CK!" He closes the door and bolts it…. Things are tense between them after that. It is known! ;)
  15. It looks like the introduction to LS will be the Brienne and Pod encounter. :frown5: I was hoping they would give the audience the chance to root for LS (taking out Freys and avenging the Starks) before despising her for wanting favourites dead (Jaime, Brienne, Pod). I really wanted to see a Frey dangle, the Merrett scene was just so awesome!
  16. Sansa says in the episode 8 promo "Lord Baelish has told many lies... I must tell the truth." *Littlefinger then evil grins* I think LF will say Lysa slipped but he gets Sansa to reveal she committed suicide, only he was too ashamed to tell the truth.
  17. I like how Oberyn said he would 'start' with his justice on Gregor- meaning The Mountain is only the first but there are others (is another) he plans to kill. Tywin and Poison! ;)
  18. I actually think the episode hinted at Aegon with the whole 'desire' speech from Varys. He talks about how desire gets in the way of pursuing other things (implying himself) before looking at the Iron Throne, all but revealing that to be his goal...for Aegon!
  19. I gave it a 9 Good- The intensity and emotion behind Tyrion's 'confession' got the adrenalin flowing and goosebumps appearing. Forget "Dacarys" that was the most powerful scene of the series imo. Hats off to Peter Dinklage! They better not hold him back from going dark Tyrion....he owns that stage! Oberyn- His wit and badass persona really shined through (not standing up when Tywin enters chamber, "yes, we get it you have allot of poison!" and asking Shae a very serious sassy question). Yet, he also seemed to be trying to throw Tyrion a bone by questioning the witnesses....showing he is a decent guy and cool. Not just Bisexual. I also liked the hints of the him poisoning Tywin theory. I loved Jaime's concern for his brother and Margaery looking guilty (on her grandmothers behalf) when they show Sansa's necklace. She knows Tyrion is innocent and her guilt is showing. Dany getting educated on her inaccuracy of "I will serve injustice with Justice" Hopefully, the Unsullied will start questioning Khaleesi's badass actions. Stannis not being impressed with the Titan. His facial expressions are comical! Varys's hidden agenda in looking at the Iron Throne (desires distract you from power) his goal is the Iron Throne....for Aegon! Bad- Yara's speech was very inspirational and powerful but wow, they had it filtered with Ramsay porn. What a way to cheapen a badass scene! That is being added into the unnecessary Sex bundle. I'm also annoyed she ran away from Dogs!
  20. Wow, I think Season 4 has been the best so far. I think people are getting too harsh and judging episodes by the accuracy they hold to the books rather than their quality/entertainment value. My unsullied friend finds Bran more interesting since the Craster's keep storyline and Jon leading the attack contributes to him becoming LC, rather than just getting elected mainly because of cunning Sam. This 'filler' was entertaining, more so than Jon moping around at the wall and only getting his 'Badass pants' on with the Wildling attack and Bran and Jojen showing some backbone with 'I saw you die tonight' and warging into Hodor. It added to the story, not weakened it. I bet the ratings will be completely different for unsullied.
  21. Poor Jon He is getting alot of crap on the Karl vs Jon youtube comments. <_<
  22. So far I love show Tommen and don't think Cersei's prophecy will go down well if it is true. Tommen is just too likable and sweet to die! I actually loved Daario in this episode as well but that's the problem, he is just too likable and I should want to punch him in the face not cheer him on.
  23. I wouldn't be surprised if she has a future role in the show but I hope she isn't the Val replacement. It's bad enough Satin has probably been replaced by a little boy but Val being replaced by Gilly 2.0 is just a step too far.
