After Ned's deat is still learned she insists to Ser Barristan that the Starks and Lannisters ar the userper's dogs and that they are culpable. then she remembers the little girl that her dragon, Drogon killed. No, Dany does not name the children of Ned specifically because she does not know them but they are the Starks none the less. Yes, When she realizes that holding Ned responsible for the sins of Robert that she herself is then responsible for the sins of Drogon. A thought that she does not like at all.
