The moralities of skinchanging

In Varamyr's DwD prologue, he talks about how his mentor Haggon was completely against a skinchanger eating another man's flesh or having sex with another animal while in the skin of another beast. Varamyr (Lump) didn't share this belief, and we see him hunting wildlings in the Haunted Forest.

Do you think Haggon was right? Do human morals and ethics override all else, even in the body of a beast?

Or is Varamyr right? Once in the body of a beast, should those instincts take over and if a wolf is hungry he needs to eat?

I guess it comes down to how experienced you are at skinchanging too. A person that's been practicing it their whole life would probably be able to retain complete control over their human mind. Yet, while Jon is just learning how to warg for example. If Ghost sees a wolf during mating season or whatever, then Jon might not be able to control it and is essentially watching it happen in a weird voyeur dream state.
