[Spoilers] Stark Direwolf Names: Omens Of What They Will Lose

Ghost: Jon lost his life, and some say might possess a body as a warg

Lady: Sansa had her 'properness,' and 'ladylike' beaten and taken away, she's now a player and less wrapped up in herself

Nymeria: was a hero, known for her identity and what she's done. Arya's doing everything in her power to lose her identity, her face, what she was, and become anonymous

Shaggydog: Shaggy implies fur, armor, coat, protection. By choosing the path he chose, Rickon lost his home, the protection of it's walls, and the protection of what his name provided

Grey Wind: Words are wind, is a frequent statement in ASOIAF. Robb frequently proclaimed himself king in the north, to no avail. His words, and claim, were wind.

Summer: Bad omen. Could mean Bran was a summer child, but has since grown up, losing that 'green-ness' he once had. Or, alternatively, he's fighting winter, for a long summer. This doesn't bode well if this theory is at all accurate..

It seems as if you try to present the implications of the names as an anology to each other, a pattern to be found in all five. But with some you take the literal meaning and apply it to the character having the same happen to them (Ghost and Grey Wind), but with the others you say the opposite will and is happening than the name infers (Summe versus Winter, Lady versus not a lady anymore, fame versus anonomity). I agree though that certainly the names have a symbolical connotation to what happens to the Stark children.
