WinterRaven Posted April 11, 2015 Share Posted April 11, 2015 The reason he's not on the list is because (A Dance with Dragons spoiler explanation below): Since he gets stabbed at the end and supposedly dies, the odds on Jon will outweigh everyone else by a large degree (since everyone will bet on him) and you'll get paid very little. Even if he's resurrected they wrote on the site that dying and resurrecting is considered dead for the purposes of the bet. Thus, I believe what they're doing is trying to make the bet more interesting by saying that the first of the characters on the list to die will pay out. I'm not certain of this though.
