I live in the UK, but I'm fairly sure this is the hottest show worldwide right now. In my mind, I keep going back to GRRM's exploratory thoughts about a film (or trilogy) to show the true ending. It's not even close to being slightly close. Anyway, the whole film thing is George just playing for time. Nobody else has ever even hinted at films. Because they're a terrible idea.
