Last episode, they made a point to show how Stannis' army was suffering from the winter, so he obviously won't come close to winning with what he has right now. He's going to need some strong reinforcements. And it will be anti-climatic if the writers just have him go in there with what he has to just lose. What I think the show will do is have Jon win over the Wildlings, and he tells the Wildlings to go fight for Stannis. But... it won't make that much sense because Stannis will be too far south for the Wildings to join him. So I think Stannis will have to run into some Mountain Clans.
