Actually I think Season 2 ends at mid 299 AC as there's several weeks between Tyrion's wedding and the Purple Wedding. Tyrion was imprisoned for some time, he had to travel a very long way and Cersei isn't jailed until maybe a couple of months in power, and several days, probably weeks pass until she faces the walk of shame. So Season 5 should be ending on the last months of 300 AC or even as the early 301 AC TL:DR A maximum of 3 years have gone by since Waymar Royce died beyond the wall and Dany's second wedding. Baby Sam isn't trapped in a warp zone in time, it's simply that the events of late season 3, season 4 and season 5 take place in less than a year.
