Its simply a matter of travveling between the ports of essos one at a time....if merchwnt cogs do it all the time no reason military ships couldnt. All the same logistic issues affect the westerosi fleets trying to repel the free cities too ..storms etc If the redwyne and iborn fleet (as wel as large amounts of merhent shipping) can ttavel aroumd dorne on the reg theres no reason a fleet cant go the opposite way As for wjy bravos doesnt already rule the seas id say we can either assume its a) ex slaves having no desire to empire build or b)grmm not wanting it thus/not being great woth military issues and seeing bravos potential.
