Jacquen and the FM will break their “code” if it helps their goals. They are a death cult. They sacrifice to the Weirwood network. They perform blood sacrifices in The House of Black and White.They do not want Dragons back in the world. I dont think they care about Dany and Targaryen’s specifically just dragons. It just so happens the others are coming and the dragons could be very useful in the fight against them.
