I have the same manifestation of anxiety and I really loved seeing it on screen, but also felt a bit disappointed that the character's coming of age got rid of her habit. Yeah, it would have been good continuity if, when Larys tells her at the end of the episode what he did, she starts picking her skin again, instead of just putting a hand to her throat.
