Meanwhile, in House of Dragon, which happen 200 years before GOT, dragons are doing very well. Ran Posted October 13, 2022 Share Posted October 13, 2022 I don't recall who said "a thousand years" or when in GoT regarding dragons, but they were using the typical "exaggeration" sense of " a thousand x". It was always the case that there were dragons during the Dance of the Dragons in the GoT universe, as seen in the Lore extras about the Dance.
