Bakker could give the octupus deadly fangs which drip a venom that causes the victim to suffer unspeakable bliss. As he pleasures her sexually, the fangs cause severe blood loss and shock, ultimately killing her, but the venom causes such incredible pleasure that the victim dies willingly in ecstasy.

He could then include a dialectic on the nature of pleasure and pain for good measure.
