remove "=Title of Spoiler"

That code doesn't work here anymore (a pity, because I liked it). Simply shorten it to [ spoiler ] and [ / spoiler ] without all of the extra spaces and that should work for you.

I'll drop a note to Ran about the FAQ. I believe only admins can edit that page. :)

And as far as I can tell, one cannot title the spoiler with code anymore. The easy workaround is to use a title, then a hard return:
