HBO Shop problem

I ordered an item from the HBO Shop last Monday, and it shipped out Wednesday. I got a confirmation email from HBO saying it has shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. But whenever I use the code given to me by HBO, the UPS site says "Not available". It is almost a week since I ordered it, and nothing has updated. I sent an email to HBO Shop, but they haven't responded yet. Is there something wrong with my order? I also tried to email UPS, but when I tried to send the email, the "Tracking Code" field was saying "Incomplete". I assume it is something wrong with the tracking code I've been given. Will HBO respond back to me (I sent the email yesterday morning).
