DragonAge93 Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 I ordered an item from the HBO Shop last Monday, and it shipped out Wednesday. I got a confirmation email from HBO saying it has shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. But whenever I use the code given to me by HBO, the UPS site says "Not available". It is almost a week since I ordered it, and nothing has updated. I sent an email to HBO Shop, but they haven't responded yet. Is there something wrong with my order? I also tried to email UPS, but when I tried to send the email, the "Tracking Code" field was saying "Incomplete". I assume it is something wrong with the tracking code I've been given. Seems like I just had to put 2 numbers in front of my tracking number and now it works fine. Should be here on the 7th (got the GoT 2012 calendar btw).
