Ralphius targaryen
I can not believe baristan the bold is being talked about and described in this negative light. He served aerys and saved him from the defiance at duskendale where aerys was held captive. Joffrey dismissed him and had him chased out of kings landing and preferably wanted him killed. Let me remind you tha the kingsguard is a sworn brotherhood for life and he got dismissed. Viserys was aerys 2.0 and found in dany what a true leader represents. He is the finest knight in all the realm, despite his age. I will say that he has got a bad rep for the deaths of Robert and aerys, but viserys was out of his hands and he saved dany from the titans bastard, not to mention. Perhaps he is a little slow to grasp a hostile situation, but once engaged in battle he's the best knight around
Ralphius targaryen
He didn't betray Aerys. He was shown mercy since he was such a brave and honorable knight. Robert was now the king, and baristan was a knight of the kings guard. Where's the wrong in that. His vows are taken for life. Is it his fault tha he was spared so that he could carry out his duty?
