Arya isn't learning face-changing assassination techniques for sh*ts and giggles. She is obviously going to use a different face to kill a major antagonist, and Cersei has always been atop her list.Unless she also puts on a penis she is still a she.The sample chapter forMercy emphasizes that she has continued to be flat-chested into her pre-teen years.If she were to wear Tommen's face, I think it highly unlikely that she would have to pull down her pants to prove her identity.
