The incident she's referring to definitely happened at Highgarden & it's possible the game may have continued while at Bitterbridge. But Harrenhal? Ser Hyle was not there, at least not while Brienne was.. Also, from the same chapter, they keep calling Claw Isle "Crab Isle". In the Wikia, fans figured it's just the name that natives of Crackclaw point call the Isle but it's never happened elsewhere outside of Ch. 20 AFFC so it may have been a mistake as well.
