Why does Dany not reassess her attitude towards the Dothraki?

She believes they are awesome. She admires the strength and vigor of the society. She likes the idea that they take what they want and can advance to the top. It parrallels her own desire for self improvement and gaining power from nothing. She refuses to accept that this ruthlessness means they trample others weaker than them into dust. Whenever a dothraki does anything bad because of this philosophy she simply bubbles it up and puts it down to individuals.

Plus @ Parawen. She may have felt that in end of ASOS. But by end of ADWD she has done another 180 degrees and given up on being a Queen,. hence reintorduction to Dothraki and meaning she will once again become a Khalessi. So we'll once again have her looking like an extra off Conan and twenty extra Dothraki characters introduced to explain their role. As well as most of Winds Dany arc dedicated towards them; naturally. Its even more annoying because like the Sellswords this just creates more people who are going to betray Dany or turn even more people in Westeros against her.

When does she ever say that the horselords are awesome? When does she ever refuse to see that they trample other people? Does some other character maintain that the nomads are ruthless, and does Dany then deny this? I don't see that you have in any way shown that she puts all bad aspects of Dothraki practice down to individuals. There are certain individuals who are definitely on her "hate list." That doesn't prove much about her attitudes toward the culture in general. To the extent that these individuals are respected and followed, her attitude indicates that she rejects important values of the culture.

By the end of ADwD, she has given up on being a queen? How do you come to that conclusion? In her last POV, she says that everything she did, she did for peace. That is a queen's belief, not a khaleesi's. She carries on a "debate" with various voices, one of them Jorah's. It is Jorah's voice that says, "Dragons plant no trees...Remember your words." Daenerys answers, "Fire and Blood." Fine, those are the Targaryen words. The Targaryens were monarchs, not khals. They conquered, but then they ruled. They did not just ride over people, indulge in rape, make slaves, then move on.

No, she doesn't: Dany identifies with the Dothraki as much as she identifies with her Dragons, but she's the first one to admit that they are monsters and that would make a monster out of her as well.

Its all over her POVs after the dragons ate that little girl.

A girl whose name she has forgotton by the end of ADWD. That book has her getting past her moral qualms as she sees the disaster it has led to by her being indecisive. Hence her resolution to get revenge on all her enemies.
