tormund's beard
well obviously the perfumed seneschal is the ship that was transporting jorah tyrion and moqorro.who is the one dany has to be wary of? in my opinion all three, is just common sense but does the propecy meant someone in particular ? Game Of Thrones
It's not 'obvious' at all. 'Selaesori Qhoran' is 'fragrant steward', not 'perfumed seneschal' and the 'perfumed seneschal' could also be-Varys-Reznak mo Reznak, like Dany suspects-Garth Tyrell-Archmaester Theobald-Archmaester Marwyn, which is what I think

Since Perfumed Seneschal means essentially the same, it's probably just as valid a translation. Of course we can't be sure as it's all fiction. Given that the ship sank before it reached Meereen, Reznak looks like the best candidate, though.

Sorry OP I disagree it's obvious as well, as has been pointed out - the ship sank, I think it's just one of those annoying little hints GRRM has put in that may never be answered & readers will continue to argue about long after the books have concluded. tormund's beard
we don't have to agree its fun to disagree at least until we start killing each other lol.
The Reckoner
I imagine Moqorro and Victarion are the threats. Moqorro may have introduced our first fire wight, and perhaps even given Vic's innards a magical resistance to the harmful effects of the hellhorn. RottenAppleFossoway
Reznak fits the criteria best to me. It's obvious, yes, too obvious even. Hence the reason GRRM put in so much effort to divert the readers' thinking with references to the ship. I'm pretty sure it's Reznak though. That guy is slimy and playing Dany at every turn. Mos
I believe the Perfumed Seneschal is Lord Varys, and in the end of it all, after Aegon is forced from the Iron Throne and all of Varys' plans are ruined, he'll be the one killing Daenerys. Or, you know, nothing of this at all.
