  1. Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy) appeared in the 2007 film Atonement as Danny, a servant, while Tobias Menzies appeared as a British officer.
  2. Matthew Scurfield (Vayon Poole) appeared in Sharpe’s Honour as villainous partisan El Matarife, opposite Sean Bean as Richard Sharpe.
  3. He also appeared in Tim Burton’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory as Mr. Bucket and And Then There Were None, which also starred Charles Dance (Tywin Lannister) and Burn Gorman (Karl Tanner). Mackenzie Crook appeared in Ironclad as Daniel Marks.
  4. The same brother who liked to fondle her, sold her like chattel, and threatened her unborn child. She pretty much disowned him after that.
  5. Bonifer Hasty is Rhaegar’s father. Detailed here.
  6. Michael McElhatton appears in it as well.
  7. Ronin (1998): Sean Bean as Spence Jonathan Pryce as Seamus O'Rourke
  8. Tobias Menzies (Edmure Tully) was in the 2007 BBC adaptation of Persuasion as William Elliot.
  9. I also remember Glover in the 1982 version of Ivanhoe, where he played the Black Knight/King Richard I Lionheart. Iwan Rheon as Maximus in Inhumans. Sophie Turner as Adeline March/Young Vida Winter in The Thirteenth Tale.
  10. That's exactly why. With the books, I'm a little more open.
  11. Thoughts: Well, Cersei is right about one thing: the Sand Snakes are a brood of bitches :). Wonder how Tyrion will react when he learns what Ellaria did to Myrcella. I hope Sansa gets a hint and works better with Jon. They'll need it. I'll be honest, I ship Jon and Sansa; not like there's anyone else for Sansa.
  12. Pretty good, but I had one nitpick: why did Robb bring Talisa to the wedding? I can understand from a production/storytelling perspective, but from an in-universe perspective... no. I admit I would have liked Talisa to stay alive, that there's something of Robb left somewhere, if the White Walkers don't come in 15 years, but I understood why she was killed off.
  13. Well, not very good. Sand Snakes fight was one of the low points for me, and that they had the same fight choreographers who did Oberyn vs The Mountain, Ned vs Jaime and Jon vs Karl Tanner. In hindsight, they botched the whole Dorne plot, would have liked to see something of House Dayne aside from the Tower of Joy. As far as the end of the episode, I felt it was somewhat inevitable, considering how ... aggressive Ramsay is, but then the camera focuses on Sansa, then Theon's tear-stricken face... then Sansa screams. Makes me have uncomfortable thoughts about what Harrold is like.
