Yes he did.

But he wasn't taught by a skin changer, he didn't do it on purpose, since he never knew that there were any rules to skinchanging.

We readers only know them from Varamyr sixskins POV chapter.

Also it's unclear if those rules actually have some significance or if they are just some silly social taboos.

I don't remember this happening, but I could just be having a duh moment. Can you show a quote or reference where?

That never happened, he's broken only the first two rules.

It was Varamyr who did it (did it, get it? :leer:)

Quote

Abomination. That had always been Haggon’s favorite word. Abomination, abomination, abomination. To eat of human meat was abomination, to mate as wolf with wolf was abomination, and to seize the body of another man was the worst abomination of all. [...]

[...] The warg would become a true wolf. Which, though?
Not Sly. Haggon would have called it abomination, but Varamyr had often slipped inside her skin as she was being mounted by One Eye. He did not want to spend his new life as a bitch, though, not unless he had no other choice.[...]

ADwD, Prologue

Curiously enough, there's the three no-noes of skinchanging.

Gotcha. These I do know. I thought the OP was claiming that Bran broke the three rules because Bran did these things. See, a duh moment!
