Werthead Posted March 4, 2011 Share Posted March 4, 2011 According to some Tweets, HBO Canada have said that the first two episodes of Game of Thrones will air together on 17 April, and presumably HBO USA will be doing the same. This is surprising, as HBO doesn't normally do that and also they'd previously discussed how GoT was going to air at 9pm with Treme following up an hour later. However, it is possible that they're airing a making-of special or something instead. WiC are looking for confirmation of what's going on.EDIT: HBO have confirmed it's a mistake. Boardwalk empire did 2 consecutive nights iirc. they also had a special 'introduction to the characters' show.if they do this it increases the gap between the end of the show and the release of ADWD. booo.
