  1. Which noble house owns Fairmarket? After all that town should generate at least some cash to any house that owns it and Fm was "capital" of Hoare empire b4 Harrenhall.
  2. I assume that people had tried to poison Dany so many times that she has gained healthy paranoia against possible assassinations by poison.
  3. I suspect that without Maegor and Visenya Targ dynasty would have ended. Or they wiped out all rebels when Aegon did nothing until his uncle and V had already saved the Iron Throne. So Maegor I gained his crown by right of conquest like his late father. Besides he has also proven his right to rule by winning trial of 7. That is reason why to me Maegor was legitimate king and so M I had right to kill Aegon as a rebel.
  4. Does Ser Harrold Hardyng own any land? Or were/are Hardyngs landed knights?
  5. Would it be possible to kill a dragon with wildfire? Or does burning wf generate enough heat to do that?
  6. Could a greense'er either control existing germs or create new germs? After all diseases had killed more people than weapons. Besides how good immune system Others have?
  7. Ironborn seems to have fleet of hundreds of ships. From where and how they get all necessary timber for building and maintaining those ships?
  8. I am not sure about how valuable either title (MoD or khaleesi) are in Westeros. After all there would be many people who would think that both Dothraki and dragons are simply evil and very easily people would start calling Dany as Mother/Mistress of Demons. Or I suspect that Dany will not gain easy access to power unless she somehow would find enough local supporters who would make her rise to power easier. For instance the Faith of 7 is now much stronger and much more politically active that it has been very long time and so anyone who would want to rule Westeros would have to find effective means to handle the Faith.
  9. But as a female Dany lacks necessary legitimacy. Or Westerosi do not accept female rulers. So if she somehow gains Iron Throne her rule would be challenged by rebellions, assassinations and passive resistance by nobility.
  10. The Twins. After all Freys are still known as a new family bc their house is only couple hundred years old.
  11. Crowns are very important symbols and so I started to look what kind of crown Robert I used. But I did not find that info. So does anyone know how crown of R I looked like?
  12. It is mentioned in the books that greensee'ers had either marry a tree or they die young. Or it is possible that Bran could never leave that cave now when his powers were activated by that "Jojen paste".
  13. Assuming that Dany will invade Westeros with an army including 200.000 men and 100 k horses. How many ships her army would need to carry out that invasion?
  14. Dothraki do not produce anything and their main business seems to be selling "protection". Who produces arakhs for Dothraki? Where weapons of D are made?
  15. There should be massive demand of learned (wo?)men in free cities. The Citadel simply cannot train all those people who are needed to run massive trade networks that exist in Essos. So my question is who are teaching people how to read, write, count, navigate and make maps in Essos? Or are there any "universities" or schools in Essos?
  16. Hightowers are one of the richest houses in Westeros and they control lands via their bannermen that has population at least a million. So how strong fleet they have? How many men they could call at arms?
  17. Pikes are long and clumsy weapons and so pikemen would have moved slower during long night march. So there is a chance that Karstarks simply did not have time to wait those. Another chance is that those pikemen were sent to engage with that heavy cavalry fist commanded by Marbrand.
  18. There are things like salt and tools that are vital for survival. So my question is from where average person in the North buys those?
  19. As long as Ned was still HotK he would have needed "only" couple thousand men to secure King's Landing and those could have come from White Harbor. Naturally assuming that Manderlys would have enough available ships to carry them. But assuming that Ned had been really paranoid and called those men as soon he heard about raids in Riverlands would he has enough time to do that. Or my question is how much time there was between moment when Ned heard about those raids and the moment when he tried that failed coup?
  20. What is traveling time of ships from White Harbor to King's Landing? Or if Ned had asked some troops from WH how soon they could have come to save him and his daughters?
  21. Who really owns all lands in Westeros ? Would it possible to buy land in Westeros? After all in really feodal system king owns all land and everyone else has only weaker or stronger "claim" of land. Or in theory king could "nationalize" all land. Naturally any king who would try to do that would almost certainly have massive problems like rebellions and assassins send hunting him.
  22. Were troops of Riverlands under authority of a warden? Or did any of 4(?) wardens have royal authority to command forces of riverlords?
  23. I assume that there are still a lot of men left, but those do not have armors, weapons or necessary training. For instance in "Finland" year 1500 only about 1 of thousand was a cavalry man and less than 1% were soldiers. Or during that time estimated population of 300.000 people could call at arms only 300 cavalry men and 2450 infantry.
  24. But there were people among task force Cassel who survived that battle and Boltons did not really hide the fact that they did it, so I assume that there should have been at least rumors what has happened. After all late castellan of WF had with him men from many houses.
  25. How soon Red Wedding happened after sucking and burning of Winterfell? After all if Robb had known that Boltons had desecrated his home he should been more suspicious.
